For treasurers

Who's paid? Now you know.

The grassroots club treasurer app: one Fees page showing who has paid, who owes and who has been reminded, with a reminder in one tap when you decide.

The Fees page on a phone: owed, overdue and collected totals, a Remind all overdue button and the five most overdue teams

Your week with it.

The treasurer's job, from the first instalment to the last reminder, with you in charge of when anyone is asked.

Who's paid. Who owes.

One Fees page: who has paid, who owes, and who has been reminded. It works on a laptop or your phone.

The subs roster: six families owing, with Remind and Waive buttons on each row

Split it up.

Split a season fee into 1 to 12 even instalments with due dates, and set a different subs rate for each team. Each family pays each instalment by card.

Club and up
The season fee: 150 pounds in 4 instalments, next due 1 Nov, with the overdue families listed and a Remind and Waive button on each

Straight to the club.

Card payments go into the club's own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to the club's bank. Families pay exactly the price the club set.

The academy cohort's November fees: 20 of 22 paid, with a Chase 2 button

Names and money. Nothing else.

A treasurer sees names and money and nothing else about a child: no medical details, no roster changes. The club admin sets the fee amounts.

Club and up
A treasurer's view of one player: only the name and the fees, with what is owed and its due date

Waive it, with a reason.

Waive or cancel a fee when you need to, and the reason is kept on the record. The family is not asked for the rest and gets no more reminders.

Waive Harry's fee: what is owed in all and what is overdue, a reason to pick, and a warning that the family is not asked for the rest

Everything it does for you.

Every feature a treasurer gets, one line each, with the plan your club needs for it.

What it never does.

Money is where people notice a mistake, so here is what the app will not do.

See the three prices
  1. It never chases on its own. Every fee reminder is sent by a person, and a family reminded in the last 7 days is skipped unless you choose to include them.
  2. A treasurer never sees a child's medical record. You see names and money, nothing else.
  3. Families never pay a card fee line. They pay exactly the price the club set.
  4. Card payments never sit in our account. They go into the club's own Stripe account.
  5. It never says a fee was paid online when the club entered it by hand. Match fees are settled with the club today.

Questions treasurers ask first.

Straight answers to what treasurers ask before moving subs off a spreadsheet. If yours is not here, email info@thefullsquad.com and a person will reply.

Does the app chase subs for me?

No. Every reminder is sent by a person: one family, a whole team, or everyone overdue in one tap. You choose when.

Where does the money go?

Card payments go into the club's own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to the club's bank. Starter clubs do not take card payments in the app.

Can families pay in instalments?

Yes, on Club and Pro. A season fee splits into 1 to 12 even instalments with due dates, and each family pays each instalment by card.

Are match fees only charged for games played?

That is coming at launch. Today a match fee is entered by hand and settled with the club.

Can the treasurer see medical details?

No. A treasurer sees names and money and nothing else about a child: no medical details and no roster changes.

Does the treasurer get an alert when a payment comes in?

Payment received and payment failed alerts go to the club admins today, so the treasurer opens the Fees page to see where things stand.
