What it never does.
Parents ask an academy a lot of questions, so here is what the app will not do.
How safeguarding works- An academy never gets fixtures, results, competitions or league tables. Nothing on screen asks about a match.
- It never says a coach is cleared. It reminds you of DBS and qualification dates, and the duty stays with the academy.
- No adult can message a child one to one. There is no setting that turns that off.
- It never chases fees on its own. Every reminder is sent by a person.
- It never treats a child as an academy player and a first-team player at once. The academy arm is its own group of people.

Is an academy a separate product with its own pricing?
No. A standalone academy runs on the same three published prices as a club. An academy alongside a club's first team is on Pro.
What about a family with one child in the academy and another at the club?
They use one parent login and see both children in one place. Each child is either an academy player or a team player, not both at once.
Does the software check coaches are DBS cleared?
It tracks the dates and reminds the person 60 and 30 days out and on the day. It never says anyone is cleared. The academy carries the legal duty, and no reminder moves that onto us.
Can an academy run entirely on its own, without a club attached?
