For secretaries
The secretary's job, in one place.
Football club secretary software. The secretary runs it from the club admin login: sign-ups, members, roles and the new season, all in one app.

Your week with it.
There is no separate secretary login. The club admin login does the job, and you decide who else gets in.
Bring everyone in.
Bring your players in from a spreadsheet, check the preview, and undo the batch if nobody has acted on it yet.

Approve the sign-ups.
Approve or decline new registrations, from one list.

Say who can do what.
Invite managers, coaches, editors and a treasurer, and change who can do what. Seven kinds of access, no custom roles.

Roll into the new season.
Roll the squad into the new season in one review step. Families confirm their details again.

Everything it does for you.
Every feature a club secretary needs, one line each. They all sit behind the club admin login.
Members and invites
Invite managers, coaches, editors and a treasurer. Seven kinds of access, no custom roles.
Every planWho can do what
Change who can do what whenever the committee changes.
Every planSetup wizard
A guided setup for crest, ground, teams and a first official.
Every planApprovals
Approve or decline new registrations.
Every planCSV import with Undo
Bring your players in from a spreadsheet, check the preview, and undo the batch if nobody has acted on it yet.
Every planSeasons and rollover
Roll the squad into the new season in one review step. Families confirm their details again.
Every planLeavers
When a family has no child registered for the new season they are reminded, then their access ends, and the club gets a leavers list.
Every planConsent wording
Start from our wording for photo, name and stats consents, edit it and adopt it.
Every planConcerns queue
Anyone at the club can raise a concern in the app. Club admins review them.
Every planRecords held, then cleared
Records are held for set periods and cleared on a schedule, unless a hold applies.
Every planYour club's data
Ask for a copy of your club's data any time.
Every plan
The tag shows which plan a club needs. Plans are priced per club, never per player. See every feature, the three prices and how safeguarding works.
What it never does.
A secretary holds the keys, so here is what the app will not do behind your back.
Read the safeguarding policy- It never rolls the squad into a new season on its own. You review it and confirm, and families confirm their details again.
- It never lets Undo wipe out real changes. Undo is refused once a family has done anything against the imported players.
- It never holds your data back. Ask for a copy of your club's data any time.
- It never clears a record while a player is registered, or while a hold is on.
- It never adds a custom role to untangle. There are seven kinds of access, and that is all.
Questions secretaries ask first.
Straight answers to what club secretaries ask before taking the job off a spreadsheet. If yours is not here, email info@thefullsquad.com and a person will reply.
Is there a secretary login?
No, there is no separate secretary role. The secretary runs the club from the club admin login, and you choose who else gets in: managers, coaches, editors and a treasurer.
Can I bring my players in from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Export a CSV, check the preview, and undo the batch if nobody has acted on it yet. Once a family has done anything against the imported players, Undo is refused.
How does the new season work?
You roll the squad into the new season in one review step and confirm it. Families confirm their details again. Nothing happens on its own.
How many members can we have?
Starter holds 2 teams and 36 members, Club holds 10 teams and 180 members, and Pro has no limit.
Can I get a copy of our club's data?
Yes. Ask for a copy of your club's data any time.
Who handles safeguarding concerns?
For now the club admin does. Anyone at the club can raise a concern in the app, and club admins review them.

Run the club from one login.
Early-access clubs are set up personally, and places are limited. Get on the list, or tell your committee.
