The bits you only notice when they are missing
Underneath the four pillars sits the layer that decides who can see what, where the data lives and what happens when something goes wrong. We built it the way grassroots football needs it: the safeguarding rules are enforced by the software itself rather than left to a policy nobody reads. What the software cannot do is make your club compliant, and nothing here will ever claim it does.
Walk away any time and one action exports everything the club is legally required to keep. No family is ever stranded without their records.
Records live in a UK database and keep themselves for a legally researched length of time out of the box. Members can request their own data without going through the secretary.
No adult-to-child message can exist, anywhere. One action removes a departed volunteer's access to everything, and every look at a child's data is logged, including by our own staff.
Admin, treasurer, coach, editor, parent. Each lands on their own dashboard, and every screen is built for a phone first, because club admin happens at the pitch, not a desk.
If a payment hiccups, the public site stays up, parents keep access to their children's records, and safeguarding still works. Fixing the card is the only thing left to do.

Registration sits in all three on purpose. It is the thing that gets a club off the spreadsheets, so we will not put it behind a paywall. Prices are per club per month, billed annually, and exclude VAT. Monthly billing costs a little more.
