Who we are
The Full Squad is a product of Reload IT Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10106178, registered office Moor Park House, Bawtry Road, Wickersley, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S66 2BL. Reload IT Ltd is the data controller for anything collected on this site, and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZC200891. Contact: info@thefullsquad.com.
What we collect and why
If you join the early access list we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your club name and role. We use these solely to email you about The Full Squad. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and then confirming it by clicking the link we email you. Nothing is sent to you until you click that link, and if you never do, we never email you again. We keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to and when, so we can show what you consented to, along with a one-way hash of the IP address the signup came from. That hash cannot be turned back into an address; it exists to stop the form being abused and to evidence where a consent came from. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, which takes one click, or by contacting us.
We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. Ever.
Measuring how the site is used
We use Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It works from your IP address and browser details, which Vercel turns into an anonymous visitor count, and we never use it to work out who you are. We also record a handful of plain events, such as the early access form being submitted or the pricing toggle being switched, so we can tell which parts of the site are doing their job. Those events record the thing that happened and nothing about you.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs. You can object at any time by emailing info@thefullsquad.com.
Where your data lives
The site is hosted on Vercel, the early access list is stored with Supabase in the London region, and emails are sent through Resend. Each acts as a processor on our behalf under their standard data processing terms. Where any of them processes data outside the UK, it does so under the transfer safeguards in those terms.
How long we keep it
Until launch plus a reasonable settling-in period, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Unsubscribed addresses are kept only on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we have got something wrong. Email info@thefullsquad.com and we will sort it.
