What it never does.
The limits are part of the job. They keep children safe, and they keep you out of jobs that are not yours.
Read the safeguarding policy- It never lets an adult start a private chat with a child. Messages go to the parent.
- It never makes you chase subs. Fee reminders are sent by the club admin or the treasurer.
- It never says anyone is cleared. Credential reminders are about dates, and the app does not say a check is cleared.
- It never sends a reply to the whole group. Parents reply privately to you.
- It never lets you approve another team's registrations. You approve your own team's.
- Phone alerts never name a child. They show the team and the kind of update.

How do I know who is playing on Saturday?

Do I have to chase parents myself?
No. The ask and the chase go out on their own, and only to families who have not replied. If you want to nudge the rest sooner, you can chase them in one tap.
What happens when I cancel or move a match?
The families are told once each, by their own team. If you moved it, they get a fresh Going or Can't go to answer.
Can I take a training register on my phone?
Yes, on Club and Pro. Set up weekly training once and take the register at the session. Starter clubs see an upgrade page instead.
Can I chase subs?
No. Chasing fees is for the club admin and the treasurer, so it never lands on you.
Can I invite the other team's manager?
For a home game, yes. Email them the kick-off, the ground and how to find it. They do not need an account.
