What it never does.
A club with a crowd and sponsors gets asked what the software really does, so here is what it will not do.
See the three prices- The table never updates itself from a result. A person types it in, or on Pro it refreshes from FA Full-Time every six hours.
- Sponsors never pay through the app. A business enquires by email, and nothing is paid or recorded online.
- An academy never gets fixtures, results or a public squad page. It has no matches.
- It never puts third-party adverts on the club's site, at any price.
- A child is never an academy player and a first-team player at once. A family with children on both sides uses one parent login.

Does it connect to FA Full-Time?
For the league table, on Pro, yes. Paste your FA Full-Time link and the table refreshes every six hours. On other plans you can type the table in yourself.
Can each team under the club have its own page?
Yes. On Club and Pro every team gets a page with its fixtures, results and news, all under one club record. Public squad pages for adult open age sides are on Pro. An academy has no fixtures or results.
How do sponsors see what they're paying for?
On Pro, a non-league club puts sponsor names on its own site, with packages a business can enquire about by email. Nothing is paid through the app, so the club agrees terms with the sponsor itself.
What does it cost a club with a crowd and sponsors?
The FA Full-Time table, sponsors, public squad pages and the academy arm sit on Pro, the top of the three published prices. Team pages and publishing results start on Club.
Does an academy underneath the club run on the same system?
Yes, on Pro. The academy runs sessions, players and registrations without fixtures. A family with children in both the academy and the club's teams uses one parent login, but each child is an academy player or a team player, not both at once.
Is safeguarding the same for every squad?
Yes. Every consent is recorded against the wording agreed, and no adult can message a child one to one, in every squad the club runs. It is on every plan. None of it makes a club compliant on its own: that duty stays with the committee.
