What it never does.
How the app treats you, adult or under 18. None of it is a setting anyone has to remember to switch on.
Read the safeguarding policy- On a Pro club's public squad page you can hide yourself with one switch. The club cannot switch you back on.
- Public squad pages list adult players only, on open age sides, and only where the club has the players' agreement. No under 18 ever appears on one.
- A 16 or 17 year old gets their own week and record. No fees, no private messages, and they never appear on the club's website.
- There is no private chat between an adult and a child. Messages go to the parent.

Can I register myself?
If you are 18 or over, yes: you can register yourself for the season. If your club is an academy, registration runs through the club instead.
How do I say I'm in?
Open the reminder or your hub and tap Going or Can't go. You can change your answer any time before it starts.
Can I hide myself from the club website?
Yes. On a Pro club's public squad page you can hide yourself with one switch, and the club cannot switch you back on.
I'm 16 or 17. What do I get?
Your own login once a parent or guardian has accepted. You see your matches, training and kit. There are no fees and no private messages, and you never appear on the club's public website.
Do I pay through the app?
You can see what you owe, and if your club takes cards, Pay now settles an instalment in a few taps. Some fees, such as a match fee entered by the club, are settled with the club directly.
Do I need a password?
You sign in with an emailed link or code. If you choose to set a password, you also get an emailed code the first time you sign in on a new device.
