A Reload IT Ltd product

Built from inside the dugout.

The Full Squad is built by someone who runs a non-league club's website and has a child in grassroots football. The registration spreadsheet, the where-is-the-ground messages, the subs chased through WhatsApp. We're not guessing at any of it. We live it every week.

The Saturday problem

Registration lives in a spreadsheet, subs live in a WhatsApp thread, and the fixture list lives in somebody's head. Every week the same questions come round. Where's the ground, what time's kick-off, who's actually paid, and which five parents still haven't replied. The people holding it all together are volunteers, and it eats their evenings, all season long. The spreadsheet forms, the touchline cash and the Thursday-night availability poll aren't research. They're last week.

The idea

Every club deserves the public face of a big club and admin that runs itself. One place for the website, the registration, the payments and the season, so the volunteering goes back to being about football. The site looks properly designed and carries the club's own colours from day one, whether or not anyone at the club owns a decent camera. Registration holds children's data carefully, consent recorded against the version agreed and every access logged, and it's in every level, never paywalled. And the pricing is deliberately boring: three published prices and a published rate on payments, so the treasurer always knows what collecting money costs.

The build

The Full Squad is a Reload IT Ltd product, and it honestly isn't finished. It launches for the 2027/28 season. The timescale is deliberate, because grassroots clubs run on trust, children's data and other people's money, and none of that should be rushed. A real non-league club will run on the platform as the live demonstration, so any committee can watch it working as an actual club before spending a penny. We build in the open and spec first: every feature gets written down and argued over before anyone builds it, which is slower at the start and pays for itself everywhere after. Early access costs nothing but an email address.

Premier League look. Sunday league effort.

That's the whole product in six words. The badge on the shirt deserves better than a spreadsheet behind it.

What we believe

Features will shuffle and dates will move. These won't.

  1. Registration is never paywalled.

The full registration and enrolment depth, medical details and safeguarding records included, is in every level. A club's duties to its children should never depend on which plan it can afford. So they don't.

  2. No third-party adverts, ever.

The only logos on a club's site are the club's own sponsors. We won't rent your members' attention to anyone, at any price.

  3. Children's data is protected in code, not policy.

A child's name, photo or stats cannot appear on the public site without a matching, current consent on record, and no direct message channel between an adult and a child can exist, because the software refuses to create one. Policies get skimmed. Code does not.

  4. Your data is yours.

If a club ever leaves, one admin action exports everything it is legally obliged to keep, and parents are never stranded without their children's records. The data was never ours to begin with.

  5. Volunteers' time is the scarcest thing in football.

Every feature is judged on the chore it removes. Subs that collect themselves, availability the platform chases so nobody has to be the nag, fixture details that reach every family without a WhatsApp round-up. If it does not give an evening back, it does not go in.

  6. Clubs deserve big-club polish.

A village club with no photographer and no designer still gets a site that looks deliberate and professional, in the club's own colours from day one. Pride in the badge does not scale with the size of the crowd.
