How much is actually built.
Most software gets sold on a promise. This page is the other thing: the state of the build as the software itself reports it, updated when a module is verified rather than when someone feels like updating a page. If a bar here is short, that is the honest answer.

What “verified” means here
It is a stricter word than most progress bars use, on purpose. A percentage nobody can check is just a mood.
Every module is backed by tests that have to pass against the build running in production. The figure on this page is generated from that check. Nobody types it in.
A module turns green only when every part of it passes. One weak spot and the whole module stays amber, which is why some bars sit high without going green.
There is no marketing version of this figure and no internal one. What you are reading is the board the build is judged by, with the engineering vocabulary taken off it.
If something that passed stops passing, the module goes back to building until it is fixed. A bar that only ever rises is not measuring anything.
