# The Full Squad > The Full Squad (thefullsquad.com) is football club management software for > grassroots, non-league and junior clubs and academies in the UK, launching > for the 2027/28 season. A Reload IT Ltd product, built alongside a real > non-league club. It gives every club a public website, player registration and enrolment without spreadsheets (including proper handling of children's data), and the whole season in one place: teams, fixtures, availability, training, subs and match fee collection, and communications. Pricing: three tiers per club per month, priced per club, never per team or per player. Billed annually: Starter £19, Club £45, Pro £89 a month (monthly billing: £24, £55, £109), excluding VAT. Including VAT at 20% that is £22.80, £54 and £106.80 a month on the annual prices. Each tier includes everything from the tier below. The public club website is on every plan, and what it carries is what differs. Starter renders a basic site (home, club information, ground and directions, contact) on the platform's own neutral theme. Club adds the club's own colours and crest. Pro adds the publishing layer (news, fixtures, results, team pages, league tables, sponsors) and the club's own domain. ## What makes it different - Registration and safeguarding records are in every tier and are never paywalled; handling children's data properly is never an upsell. - Safeguarding is enforced in code, not policy: no adult-to-child direct message can exist anywhere on the platform, a child's name or photo appears publicly only while a current parental consent is on record, and every access to a child's data is logged. That is what the software does; it does not make a club compliant, and the platform never claims it does. - The club owns its data. Leaving triggers a 30-day full export window covering registration, medical and safeguarding records, as portable files. - No third-party advertising on any tier; the only logos on a club's site are its own sponsors. - Money goes straight to the club's own bank account, with match fees charged only for football actually played. - Built for a phone first, because club admin happens at the pitch. ## Facts - Payment processing: a flat 1% + VAT on money collected, on top of the card processor's own standard charge. Published, and the same on every tier that includes payments. - Data residency: the club data lives in the UK, Supabase London region. - Company: Reload IT Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company 10106178, VAT 242270045. Registered office Moor Park House, Bawtry Road, Wickersley, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S66 2BL. ICO registration ZC200891. - Contact: info@thefullsquad.com - Launch: the 2027/28 season. It cannot be bought today; early access is a waiting list, and early clubs keep launch pricing for 12 months. ## Pages - [Features](https://thefullsquad.com/features): the four pillars, plus the platform layer: data export, UK data residency, safeguarding, roles, support - [Pricing](https://thefullsquad.com/pricing): tiers, what they include, and straight answers to common questions - [For non-league clubs](https://thefullsquad.com/clubs): the club with a gate on it. Several teams under one club, matchday publishing, sponsors, and the league-table problem - [For football academies](https://thefullsquad.com/academies): academies and development centres.
